The Harbor City Salon Experience
Harbor City Salon is a woman owned and operated salon, which opened it's doors December 1st, 2020. Don't let our age fool you, co-owner Fran Miller has been a stylist in the Melbourne, FL area for over 30 years. With the help of her daughter/business partner, Courtney Palacio, Fran brought a 20 year old dream to life right here on the space coast.
